It was the Doctor. But for a moment she couldn't recognize him. It wasn't just because he was carrying a huge gun, and was aiming it directly at her. It was the cold determination on his face. She could have taken the anger, she would have been all right with that. But not the coldness.
"No," she said.
And a flutter of something else that was new across the Doctor's face. Surprise? No, more - shock.
"I'm not going to let you do this," she said.”
