Lynn Strong (MLIS) is a professional information designer, an amateur but enthusiastic trope flipper, and a questionably recovered wordaholic who used to be paid by the column-inch. It likely still shows.

Lynn is also a queer and disabled person who has lived on three continents, speaks six languages with different levels of fluency, has studied (and taught) medieval Japanese dye techniques, and at one point semi-professionally burned Kool-aid while studying for a degree in theater tech.

The stories in Chai and Cat-tales are set earlier in the timeline; the first one is many years earlier, the next two are a year or so before Haroun. But I'm having a lot of fun weaving all these characters and stories together, and the mystery of where the shahzada vanished to in the middle of Haroun's story gets its own book as soon as I can scrape together enough time and brain to finish it.

(Also, the Netgalley expiration was my newbie mistake because I've never worked with Netgalley or a Netgalley coop before, and I thought I had to check that box to be abiding by the terms of the coop's service? I'm going to have to read the contract's fine print more closely before next time to see if that's required by the coop group or whether I was misreading that.)
