My name is Kristin Jefferson, and I'm a mindset and organizing coach. I'm also the author of The Organized Mindset, about how you can change from inside out and get yourself permanently organized. My inspiration of writing books is people and all coachee I have helped.

I'm a native of Michigan and I studied Management at University of Michigan and received an MBA from Harvard Business School. Before becoming a coach, I trained so many people who had obstacles in their life and couldn't overcome it. So I helped them to start with the right mindsets and everything else will follow.
