Right now I am in the throes of preparing to go to Ghana for six weeks until the 5th January. I can still get emails there. The hospital can get very busy and my time depends a lot on how many docs will be on station.
Nevertheless, I would be glad to help.(less)

“Carpe Infans!
Beware Babies
There is no other human so seductive that an otherwise rational human will feed, clothe, sit up nights, work trigonometry with, bake cookies for, and generally tolerate for such long extents of time for such paltry returns of goods and services. They are a trap for the unwary ... all of us.”
W. Clark Boutwell, Outland Exile

“Small conspiracies fail and large conspiracies are betrayed.”

“If a hiker gets lost in the mountains, people will coordinate a search. If a train crashes, people will line up to give blood. If an earthquake levels a city, people all over the world will send emergency supplies. This is so fundamentally human that it's found in every culture without exception. Yes, there are assholes who just don't care, but they're massively outnumbered by the people who do.”
Andy Weir, The Martian
