I lived most of my life in the San Francisco Bay area. Married and raised a family in the town of Woodside where there were almost as many horses as people.

Quite by accident my life changed from amateur horse owner to the owner and manager of the largest thoroughbred race horse training center in Northern California..

My first novel , Lane's End,set on a farm in Virginia draws on my experience breeding thoroughbred race horses and encompasses romance, the Vietnam war, and the world of racing.

The second novel, A French Connection, explores the problems of second romances. Can adults overcome cultural and religious differences as well as the concerns and objections of their adult children.. All explored with a touch of humor and a fun read.
