Dean Brenner is the President and founder of The Latimer Group, an executive coaching and training firm that teaches powerful and persuasive communication skills to its Fortune 500 clients. Dean founded The Latimer Group ten years ago, and they now serve clients on five continents.

In addition to his work with The Latimer Group, Dean has served as Chairman and Team Leader for the US Olympic Sailing Program since October 2004. As Chairman, Dean leads the strategic planning and revenue generation efforts for the US Team. As Team Leader, Dean accompanied the team to the 2008 Games in Beijing and the 2012 Games in London.
