Glenn Conley grew up thinking books were just another kind of homework—and he hated homework. In his early teens, he discovered the pleasure of reading a story because he wanted to. Eventually, he began writing his own.

Today, Glenn writes across genres, from horror and science fiction to comedy, children’s adventures, and parenting guides. His books include Glenn Hates Books, Dixie the Dragon Slayer, They Came for Eva, Murder Poodles, and Boo-Boo Rex’s Big Adventure.

His work can take readers into strange and unsettling worlds or introduce young readers to a little dinosaur with a big heart. Through Boo-Boo Rex’s stories and coloring books, he hopes to help children discover the enjoyment of books earlier than he did.

Obsession

Does anyone else obsess over their book covers? I'm obsessed, and not in a good way. I swear, I've uploaded 12 goddamn book covers to amazon, and I'm never satisfied with them.

It really sucks, because it takes amazon 12 fucking hours to make the changes, for some goddamn reason. It makes no fucking sense. Just make the goddamn changes. Is it really that hard? Damn.

It's stupid, because I know I'm j Read more of this blog post »
