D. Spangler - it's a pen name. I'm really Brian Clopper, an elementary school teacher and writer of middle grade and young adult, science fiction/fantasy novels. Because the tone of this story is more suited to those who are romantically inclined, I went with a penname. I wanted We Three Meet to have more simple heart than what seems to infect most modern rom-coms: juvenile raunchy humor. Hopefully, you feel I've succeeded.

My work for younger readers features the same heart and crisp creativity. In fact, Ned Firebreak is a fantasy romance. Don't tell the kids that.
