Although born in Germany, my father was in the Canadian Air Force, so we spent most of my life in Canada.

I felt a real interest in holistic health since my early-mid 20's, taking herbal classes and three levels of Therapeutic Touch. I couldn't get enough information and quickly took as many classes that I could find, locally, becoming a Reiki Master, taking a beginner aromatherapy class and later becoming certified in Hatha Yoga and Meditation.

My passion for holistic health lead me to my first Kindle book, "Prenatal Yoga: for body, mind and spirit", under the name Kim Belanger-Mills. ...more

Too Many Toys! What I Would Have Done Differently.

Decision making is not something we're born with. It's a learned behavior.
If kids toys are out of control or the closets it's not their fault. They didn't decide that.

Here's what I wish I would have done 16 years ago....
