Well, it is ALMOST December, so I thought I'd give you an update and call it the "December" update, even though it is really the LATE November update. :|

I am working on Legacy of the Surfer Villager, Book 3. I am more than 50% done with writing it. I hope to have it published by December 15th, or earlier. I thought I might have it done already, but my daughter has been home from college for a week for the Thanksgiving break. I haven't seen her for three months, so I've been doing mostly family stuff rather than writing. She goes back to college today, so I'll resume writing tomorrow or Monday.

On another topic... I've been asked by several fans when I am going to write GG10. I think I will write that after LSV3. I need to write GG10 to complete the series and connect it with events in the SV series. I apologize for keeping everyone in suspense for so long. :(

After I write GG10, I'll get back to LSV.

And, I know I should write another Peter and the Player's Palace book. I plan to do that early next year.

After the plumbing disaster a couple weeks ago, I have been writing furiously, and just finished the first draft of NDO 5.2, part 2. Now, I'll need a few days to edit the book, and then I'll get it to you as soon as I can.

Hi, everyone!

So, the Dr. Block household was hit by an unexpected plumbing disaster on February 12th. As a result, all I’ve been doing since then is dealing with repairs and contractors.

Ugh.

Anyway, it has UTTERLY disrupted my writing. I think I’ve written about 1,000 words since it all started.

So, this is a long-winded way of saying that NDO 5.2 isn’t going to be ready on February 20th. I think it will take at least until the end of February as the plumbers literally are finishing today. (They are in my kitchen as I write this.)

I apologize, but I certainly didn’t intend for an expensive ($$$) plumbing disaster to strike this month. 🙁

I have a really difficult time thinking when I am dealing with something unexpected like this, so my ability to write suffered quite a bit....

Hi:

I'm about 50% done writing NDO 5.2. I'm hoping to finish writing the book by Valentine's Day (Feb. 14). Then a few days of editing/revision. So, should be out around Feb. 20.

Also, Jimmy is coming back! After I publish NDO 5.2, I need to write Book 6 of the Peter and the Player's Palace series, but then I'll be writing a new series about Jimmy. Sorry about how slow I've been writing lately, but my brain just seems to need more breaks than it did a few years ago. :(

I finally am done with the latest NDO book. :) I had intended this to be the final book of the NDO's backstory, but the story was getting super long, so there will be one more NDO book after this one. :o
