Judge, 23rd Annual Writer's Digest Self-Published Book Awards

Cici and the Chocolate Chip was an adorable little story! How cute is the idea of a chocolate chip puppy? I mean, could you imagine a more perfect combination of two very well loved things in life? Puppies and chocolate chips?
