However, after leaving high school, I went on to pursue a career in banking as a Bank Teller and didn’t follow up on my writing. Being a Christian, I give credit to the Holy-Spirit who had greatly guided me in creating real stories that all can relat

What I usually do before I write a book is pray, and ask the Holy Spirit to guide me and help me to write the story the right way so it flows. In doing that everything comes as it should, even if I have to come back to the manuscript later to add more to the story.(less)

“Why should I wait until tomorrow to tell you something that I will tell you every day? I know you like all that sentimental romantic stuff, Ruth, but you know me, I am not too much into that. Let the pastor marry us as they normally do and let everything else be from my lips to your ears only, okay, sweetheart?”
Marshalee Patterson, The Path of the Chosen Warriors

“It is your cross now, Luke.” Hannah closed his hand over the necklace. “You will need it to stand strong for what the Lord has planned for you. I do not know how much longer I will be on this earth, but I want you to never lose faith in God.”
Marshalee Patterson, The Path of the Chosen Warriors

“Wow Josh, were you not the one who told us at breakfast this morning, why these people are the way they are? Here you are condemning and judging them already. You forget Jesus did not go on the cross for the righteous but for the sinners and these people qualify for that. Stop being judgemental and start demonstrating Godly Love; you were a sinner too. Don’t forget that.”
