Kim-Julie Hansen is the face behind the vegan brands Best of Vegan, Vegan Reset and Vegan Challenge (also called 7-Day Vegan Challenge), as well as the blog kimjuliehansen.com. She became an ethical vegan in 2011 and soon also discovered the many health benefits of a plant-based diet. In 2013, she started sharing her passion online to show people how easy it can be to adopt a vegan lifestyle, no matter how challenging it may seem at first. She is the author of the book Vegan Reset: The 28-Day Plan to Kickstart Your Healthy lifestyle, and is now a full-time online entrepreneur and blogger.
