Kristin Dow worked in network television before leaving her day job to write. She has completed two novels: UNBRIDLED HOLIDAY and LIBERTY & MEANS. Beyond writing and motherhood, she loves Europe, home design, and special meals served with wine. She also tries to hike and snow ski whenever possible in her beloved Colorado.

A Blog about Clog

Writer's block is the common term for any stoppages in the creative flow, but for me, it feels more like a brain clog.
I've been outlining my 3rd novel and had such a clog. As I jotted down scenes, things were falling flat because I had decided to take the story in a certain direction and I wasn't feeling it. I wasn't taking advantage of the setting (Santa Barbara) to help bring the story to life. Read more of this blog post »
