I've often found that when it's hard to write, I'm at my most creative and powerful doing aikido or tai chi chuan. It's more about understanding flow and knowing your writing energy may need to rest for a bit.(less)

But spending a little time carefully thinking about what you're doing and why can really get you through those tough times. There are lots of tough times.(less)
