I’ve been busy writing a new series of short murder mysteries.

Set in the streets of Collingwood, an inner city suburb on the fringe of Melbourne, the new series features Detective Steve Rickets and his partner Detective Sarah Branson.

The new series will be designed to be read in an hour to two hours and will be classic who done it murder mysteries. The first in the series will be “Murder On Gold Street”.

For me this series is somewhat personal. My great grandfather lived on Gold Street in Collingwood, hence the reason I am a mad keen Collingwood football fan today.

Also I use to live in Collingwood just around the corner from Gold Street in Sackville Street. So I know the streets of Collingwood, Fitzroy, Carlton and the area quite well.

The Detective Steve Rickets Murder Mystery series will be a hard hitting inner city crime series that closely mirrors my experiences of living in the area.

The first release in the series “Murder On Gold Street” will be released on 22nd July so please look out for it.
