Baheya Zeitoun was born in Cairo, Egypt. She earned a BA in Political Science from the American University in Cairo, and is currently pursuing an MA in English and Comparative Literature from the same university. She worked as a teacher for six years, while still embracing her passion for writing.

Her work tackles themes of personal growth, mental health, fear, love, friendship, family and inner strength.
