Jennani Durai is the author of Regrettable Things That Happened Yesterday (Epigram Books, 2017), which was shortlisted for the Singapore Literature Prize for Fiction in 2018. She is a former journalist, a VONA/Voices Fellow for 2016 and a co-author of the official commemorative book of Singapore's 50th birthday, Living The Singapore Story (2015).
