After having to put the publication of "The Haunting of Dove Cote House" back a couple of days, I'm finding it hard to believe that it will be published a month today.
Although I must admit that right now the book being released is the last thing on my mind.
I am busily working away at the final manuscript, which I hope I will be able to hand over by the end of next week.
Then I think I can relax, well sort of anyway, and get ready for February 16th.
Because on that day my dreams will be realised at last, as my first book is finally made public.

Hi everyone, it's Rachel here.
Can I just say how thrilled I am to be part of the Goodreads Author Program.
Just like you I love books and enjoy sitting down to read.
Right now I am pushing ahead with my debut novel The Haunting of Dove Cote House
as it's publication date is a little over a month away.
Rest assured I will complete it on time, even though my reading may have to take a bit of a back seat.
I have some ideas about promoting the book once it is published and I will keep you up to date on those.
For now it's back to the writing.
