I have been creating stories since I first forayed into the world of writing at age of eight. As an avid reader growing up in a small town without much access to a library, before the birth of the Internet, I devoured my mother’s extensive stack of science fiction and romance novels to keep my literary thirst quenched. When I ran out of my mother’s books, I began creating my own, writing plays for my friends to act out.

A passionate interest in astronomy, anthropology and linguistics, coupled with this early background in science fiction and romance, led me to merge the two fields and create a series of interlinked stories built around a fictional planet’s culture and its interaction with ours. Winston Graham draws a fi…moreI have lots of favorite couples, but in this place, in this moment, I love Ross and Demelza Poldark from the Poldark series. Winston Graham draws a finely tuned picture of a couple who love each other--but without the overly optimistic, fairy-tale, or the tragic, Romeo and Juliet themes that many authors like to put into relationships. They are, simply, two people who care enough to put energy and effort into each other and the entity/being that is them as a couple. It's not always easy, and they have ups and downs, but you could believe they are real people facing real questions and real life. Despite the "realism", it isn't negative or depressing. There is a basic love of life and people in Winston Graham's writings that is a joy to experience when you read the books. (less)

Revelations is here!

At long, long last, Revelations has arrived! Tech issues resolved! The birth process of this book was more challenging than either of the other two books, but in some ways, it is also more of a celebration for me, since the journey toward the release of the book was so much more challenging than I expected. Thanks for the follow! Like you, I wrote my first book when I was around eight. I guess today you'd call it fan fiction because my idol back then was Nancy Drew. Now I write fantasy that extends into romance and the spiritual journey.
