The Silver Key

A new 5 Star review from Amazon UK (Pink24blonde)
"You will not be disappointed with this next book of The Light Keepers series! I absolutely loved it and was moved to tears in some parts and laughing out loud in others. I could not put the book down and had to find out what would happen to Star and Luka, I finished the book in less than a week. I can't wait for the next book now! I hope the author writes more books as I love reading about the struggle between darkness and light and the inner struggles of the characters. It's so true to life!"

US Silver Key Review

I thought I'd share my first US review for The Silver Key. Thank you Cactus Wren :D
'This adventure begins five years after the destruction of Traders and the saving of the women and children of that evil settlement. It follows the adult Star and her brother Luka as they follow their destinies, which are more intertwined than anyone realizes. The two adventures seem to be on different paths, but are they? An enjoyable story, with a hint of a new adventure to come.
This second novel shows greater promise for stories from this author.'

The Silver Key

Well I've finally published my second novel and continuation of the trials of Star's family and I just got my first UK review.

5 star Amazon UK review
'A riveting Book 2 that didn't disappoint' - It was a pleasure to follow Star on her journey to maturity and see her purpose in life become clearer. Her journey took us through magical portals, and introduced an array of new and interesting characters, including a couple on the dark side.
Book 3 can't come soon enough!

I hope you get the chance to take a look at The Silver Key

Star's Awakening

A novel with a twist of fantasy.
The author lays bare the lives and emotions of Star’s family as past secrets are uncovered and old enemies reappear.
The Lightkeepers are an ancient peace-loving people and, after the tragic death of her mother when she was just a child, Star grew up with her father and older sister in their small settle near the river.
The Story begins in beautiful medievalish Gawswood. Star's Cusp is approaching and The Lightmist is calling her but what does it all mean?
When a stranger arrives he changes everything, what does the future now hold for Star and her family?

'Spring'

An ancient song, sang spontaneously in Gawswood, spirits lifted when the future looked more hopeful for the desperate people who had joined them for a while.

The river’s arunnin’ where’er it may
An’ the water’s awendin’ along the way.
The birds are asingin’ an’ preen an’ prance
While lovers hold hands an’ join the dance.
The daisies swayin’ to the blackbird’s song.
An’ the trees areachin’ high and strong.
Butterflies flashin’ wings unfold.
An’ Sweet bees amakin’ honey, gold.
Oh! The river’s arunnin’ where’er it may
And the water’s awendin’ along the way.
The birds are asingin’ an’ preen an’ prance
While lovers hold hands an’ join the dance.
While lovers hold hands an’ join the dance.
