As a writer releasing my first work into the world, I feel vulnerable in the sense that I hope I've created a book that takes readers on an amazing journey...that sucks them into a great story. It is a daunting thing to publish a book and then wait and see how people like this world you created. I'm thankful that so far, I've gotten some really great reviews on Amazon, and a wonderful review from Kirkus. I care deeply and take pride in what I put out there, so it's a relief to know that that effort culminated in a book that people have really enjoyed. Does this answer your question?(less)
