I love to write about the power thoughts have over reality. The topic became a passion of mine when I recognized that my own negative thinking was manifesting as very real negative conditions in my life. I became highly motivated to change my negative thought patterns. I soon discovered that positive thoughts manifest as conditions too --very pleasant ones!

For this reason, I started the website shedthenegative.com and blog on topics concerning the higher-self. I have also written two books on the subject: Your Higher-Self Made Easy and The Making of a Miracle Mind. Through my books and my blog, I hope to help people clear the hurtles to their spiritual nature and start claiming their power to create a truly miraculous existence.
