Author Imani currently lives in Woodbridge, VA. She is an avid reader of romantic suspense, urban fiction, and drama. She has been passionate about writing since she was around the age of twelve and uses it as a way of escape from the real world. Born and raised into a God-fearing strict family, she felt she had nothing but her imagination to keep her entertained. And what an imagination it was! She'd fill notebooks after notebooks with stories with only her parents to read. They often told her she had great talent, but having dealt with low self-esteem, those words did nothing to boost her confidence in herself.
