9 year old actress Mckenna Grace has starred in the hit Disney XD TV show Crash & Bernstein and several movies including Independence Day: Resurgence and Amityville: The Awakening, whcih will be released later this year. I am excited to announce that Mckenna is also a sweet animal lover and is reading my book, Spirit of the Wind.

I am looking into organizing events at my local independent bookstores and having my book sold there. In the meantime, I will be speaking to a 5th grade class at a local elementary school next month.

Spirit of the Wind will be in the InTown Books bookstore/boutiques in Atlanta soon!

I am working on creating a website and waiting on a reply from my former elementary school teacher asking if I can sell my book at the school book fair.

A few days ago, I sold my first book on Amazon's Kindle store!Spirit of the Wind I earned $3.50 worth of royalties and I'm excited to sell more. I'm starting marketing by getting reviews for my book and getting interviews of mine posted. I will soon speak to my public library and schools about doing an author's event/book signing. I can't wait to embark on this journey and meet some great people along the way.

I started 10th grade today. My English teacher still doesn't know that I published a book yet. Guess I'll surprise her later on :P
