D. L. Eagan is an award-winning author under the name Denise Eagan. Traditionally and indie published in romance, she recently made the move into the dystopian genre after reading several wonderful ya dystopian novels. The daughter of a science fiction-loving physicist, and a sociologist, the subgenre seemed a perfect fit for her. She decided, however, to explore the genre with an adult female protagonist, and added a dash of romance.

The PostPlague Trilogy was the result. It touches upon some of Eagan’s “hot buttons” such as the political football that was Ebola in 2014, fear of and fascination with religious-based governments, Myers-Briggs testing, and sociopathic but charming, autocratic leaders.
