As someone whose naturally pleasant expression is often misunderstood...I loved this book! The text, explaining quokka angst is funny against the very cheery illustrations. Fun back matter too.

Inspiring story of a group of women who rode the back hills of Kentucky to deliver books after the Great Depression. Substantial back matter gives even more heft to the story. Lovely art.
