Elizabeth Allen has been a public school teacher for more than 30 years offering her share of advice, insight, and guidance to her friends and colleagues. With numerous psychology courses under her belt and countless student interventions also to her credit, she has been more than happy to use those counseling skills to improve the lives of others.

Over the years, she has worked with a wide variety of women who have also enriched her life with their truly unique relationship stories.
