Seasons Change. So Do You.

Dear friend,

Every season of life asks something different of us.

There are times for growth, building, expanding, and saying yes to what’s next.

And there are times for rest, pausing, reflecting, and tending to what’s already here.

Money is no different.

Case in point: I’m on a year-long sabbatical break right now…a tender, quiet season for me…and guess what? I still have money emotions happening. (Money emotions never fully go away…but with somatic tools, we can learn to work wi...

The Art of Money: now self-paced, for your rhythm 🌿

Dear Friend,

After 24 years of teaching live Art of Money programs, I’ve stepped into a sabbatical…a much-needed season of rest, reflection, and dreaming into what’s next for me in life and work.

And yet, the work itself? Still has a heartbeat.

It still wants to be shared.

It still wants to help.

So, for the first time ever, I’m offering The Art of Money in a fully self-paced format, a spacious, flexible way for you to engage with this work on your own timeline, in your own rhythm...

Behind the sabbatical: what’s filling my days

Dear Friend,

Since announcing my sabbatical, I’ve been getting sweet, curious questions:

What are you doing with all your free time?

Do you wake up every morning and just follow the magic?

The truth is… yes, there are pockets of magic. And yes, I do have more space to follow the thread of what feels alive each day.

Some of that has looked like:

✨ Finally binging Grey’s Anatomy from the very beginning (how did I miss this all these years?).

✨ Pure Barre classes…my favorite move...

Sunset in Taos, a closing circle, and a new beginning

Dear friend,

For the last few weeks, I’ve been counting down the “lasts.”

The last live class.
The last podcast interview.
The last private session.

I’ve been staying as present as I can with each one — not rushing through, not skipping ahead, just… being with the endings.

It’s made my senses more alive. Sharpened. Like I’m seeing in a slightly different light. Hearing the quiet moments more clearly. Letting the sweetness and the sorrow rise together, breath by breath.

And then — ju...

A little update + a soulful conversation for highly sensitive folks

Dear Friend,

If you’re new around here—welcome. And if you happened to miss my sabbatical announcement, you can catch up on that right here: After 24 Years, This Will Be My Last Live Class (and I’m Not on Sabbatical… Yet).

While my year-long sabbatical (a full pause from teaching, speaking, and private sessions) officially begins in August, I want you to know that the Art of Money heartbeat will continue in gentle ways while I’m away.

✨ My team will continue sending out a monthly newslet...

I’m not on sabbatical… yet.

Dear Friend,

So… I’m not on sabbatical yet.

A few of you have written in with lovely notes saying, “Hope you’re enjoying your sabbatical!” But just to clarify—I’m still here, and my sabbatical doesn’t officially begin until August.

Right now, I’m fully immersed in teaching the final live round of the Art of Money 3-month program, and we’ve just wrapped up the first month.

There’s nothing like real urgency to help folks say yes—especially those who’ve been thinking about joining my pr...

The final Art of Money journey begins soon: a story to inspire you.

Dear friend,

In case you didn’t see the news yesterday, I’m standing at a tender threshold.

After 24 years of teaching my Art of Money methodology, the program that begins in just a few days, on May 1st, 2025, will be the very last time I offer this work in its current form.

If you missed yesterday’s email (about me starting a sabbatical in August after this round of the Art of Money program ends) and would like to hear the full story behind this decision, you can find that letter here.

After 24 Years, This Will Be The Last Live Art of Money Program

Dear friend,

Yes, it’s for real. The subject line on this email isn’t click bait.

This upcoming round of my flagship 3-month Art of Money financial therapy program that starts this coming week on May 1st will be the last time I’m going to teach this program live.

And perhaps the bigger news here is that when this last round of the Art of Money program ends, I’m going to take a sabbatical, likely for a year.

And this? Means that I’m stepping away from teaching my money work and from d...

When life throws a Money Curveball…what do you do?

Dear Money Adventurer,

Let’s take a breath together.

Inhale…
Exhale…

Now, tell me: what do you do when a money curveball shows up, unannounced, right in the middle of your Tuesday afternoon?

I’m not talking about a delightful surprise check in the mail (though those are lovely). I’m talking about the oh-my-goodness-how-did-this-happen kind of curveball. The kind that knocks the wind out of you and leaves you staring blankly at your bank register in your online banking portal.

It co...
