Wat wij nalaten
I am happy to inform you all that my latest Dutch novel, 'Wat wij nalaten', will be published in April 2025 by Uitgeverij Doornwater.
Set against the background of World War II and inspired by true events, it tells the history of a Dutch and a German family linked through fate, allowing for two very different perspectives. It is a tale of loss and mourning, of the burden of conscience, but also of repentence, and finally, forgiveness.
The story takes place in two different time zones, and takes the reader from Holland to Germany, and finally, Canada.

Chinese translation of Lord of Formosa
After the Dutch and English editions, I'm very happy to announce that the (traditional) Chinese translation of 'Lord of Formosa' will appear in January 2023 at Avanguard / Qianwei Publishing House in Taipei.

I'm happy to say that I've just signed a contract for the Chinese translation of 'Lord of Formosa' with Avanguard/Qianwei Publishing House in Taipei, Taiwan. The release date is yet to be announced.

English edition
Delighted to let you know that the English edition of 'Formosa, voorgoed verloren' will be published with Camphor Press in 2018. It is being edited as we speak! The title has yet to be determined. I will keep you all posted!
