So, yes, Conor and Sophie are the "perfect" pairing but my goal in keeping them apart was based on the fact that her main weakness/flaw is that she "needs to be needed" and only being with Gavin can fulfill that. They rely on each other in ways that aren't exactly healthy, but which really fulfills something they both need deep inside.
I know you're not alone in wanting Conor and Sophie to be together, though! (less)
