I am an English Christian author currently living in Belgium. As a military wife I have been fortunate to live in Nepal for four years and as a consequence set up and now run the charity Women Without Roofs - Nepal. We help vulnerable women survive by providing a home and paying for medical bills so that they are secure and healthy and can provide for their families. Much of the story of how I came to set up WWR is contained in my book Destination: Transformation, published in 2015.
In 2023 I released a book about Christian women in Nepal titled 'Come with me to Kathmandu: Finding out what God is doing among women in Nepal'. This book was published with Authentic Media. I am currently working on a book about Christian girls and women in Paki ...more

It's an extremely difficult topic, but I have been fortunate to find some brave women to interview who want to share their stories so that Christians around the world will pray for them. In other chapters, I am writing the stories of activists working to end persecution; I hope the book inspires many. There are undoubtedly horrific things happening to women in Pakistan, but God is at work to stop their oppression and heal them.(less)

I had wanted to write a …moreMy most recent book is Destination: Transformation, A forty-day journey to change the world, written for people with baggage.
I had wanted to write a book for a while, mainly to tell my story about how God had graciously allowed me to set up Women Without Roofs - Nepal. I also wanted the book to be useful to others and not just a memoir. A few friends had asked me to mentor them, because they wanted to be more involved with God and changing the world, and I had a very positive experience of being mentored myself. My desire was to combine all this and produce a book that could guide people through seeking God as to what He wants them to do.
One drawback I had noticed in regards to other books that promise to help people transform the world, is that readers tend to rush through them and read them far too fast. By designing my own book to be read over 40 days, my hope is that the reader will slow down enough to really take on board the ideas and apply them.(less)
