It’s finally here!!

BE MY BAD GUY is finally out and available to read, in print, ebook, and KU library! Ellis and Lacey were so much fun to write, with their flirty banter, intense chemistry.

As the superhero’s ex-girlfriend, Lacey knows she can’t keep meeting the supervillain’s henchman on rooftops. Or breaking into secret labs with Ellis. Or getting bagels with him. And it is going to stop. No, for real, this time.

Really, they’re nobody to each other. But after a routine kidnapping, a moonlight museum tryst, and some breaking/entering, Ellis realizes there’s more to his nemesis’s “professional damsel”. He sees the way living in the superhero’s penthouse shapes Lacey’s worldview, and he thinks maybe he could make a good girl change sides. 

Lacey feels like she’s betraying Steel Heel every time she talks to Ellis, one of the mutants wrecking havoc on her city. But everything Lacey learns about Ellis makes her question what she thought she knew about the mutant crisis— it contradicts her ex’s narrative. Lacey wants to believe Ellis is genuine in his feelings for her, but she’s not sure if she can trust her heart.

Lacey Vigil has been trying to break up with her city’s resident billionaire superhero, Steel Heel, for a while. It’s not easy when she keeps getting kidnapped by his enemies.

Ellis is an unethical lab experiment, a bit of a slacker, and honestly kind of a fuckboy. He’s always had a thing for the reporter from Channel 6, but when Lacey asks for his help investigating the mutants crisis, he refuses. Some sad news, unfortunately, I have withdrawn from BookHarvest2025, there’s some personal life things I have to attend to that coincide with the event dates. I’m sorry to anyone who was hoping to see me there.

Fated Romance will still be offering the green special edition of the Claws & Cubicles omnibus hardcover at the event, and I will be signing bookplates to include with them.

I hope to join BookHarvest next year, and will be looking at the photos from this year’s event with total envy. I hope everyone who gets to go still has a wonderful time!!
