Easter had just passed by and I'm still having hangovers from all the chocolate bunnies and eggs I ate. Happy Easter! :)

I would like to thank my doctor for keeping me healthy and feeling good all the time!

It's a sad fact that not every children get access to water. We (us Americans), live in a very privileged society where children have access to many, if not all, of the basic rights.

That is why if we can we should help those who need it. We have so much that we can give that it doesn't become a loss when we do.

Just the other day it was National Napping Day. It's a reminder that we should all take a break once in a while. Have a nap.

How fortunate that we live in a world where we get to honor all the women in the... world?

So thank you. Thank you for existing. Thank you for your contributions in the world. Thank you for being a woman.

It was Steve Harvey all over again at last year's Miss Universe.

I couldn't believe what happened when La La Land did not win best picture, but instead it was Moonlight. I wasn't shocked at that La La Land didn't win, it was that how the events unfolded that shocked me.

Now if only the world conspired to do the same for the one's that I wanted out of whatever they won.

Recently, I heard about the random acts of kindness day and the hashtag #NextGoodThingToDo popped up just this morning.

While I'm all psyched up about it and I do support it, I'm a bit disappointed at these two things. I am disappointed by the fact that these had to be trending just so I could be reminded to be kind in life.

Let us be reminded to be kind everyday.

I know, why would a children's writer who disguises himself as a character in the books he writes (sorry guys, I'm not really a zombie from minecraft) talk about love?

It's cause love is universal, that's why!

It is important that we are reminded to love one another this valentine's day, amidst all the political, societal, and personal turbulence all around us. With love we are reminded that there is still a good reason to be in this world, and that together we can make it a better place.

So please remember to give love to someone however way you want to give it.

This year's Superbowl really packed a punch in my week. It basically has been the topic of our conversations for the past few days.

Imagine the tension pre-game. It was down to two and there was only going to be one champion. This was the game that would decide once and for all who was the best.

Both of the teams hard work would finally be realized in this final showdown.

We should all take motivation from the game. We should strive hard and fight to win so we can become champions ourselves.
