E-versions rotating on Sale

Right there in the title. Every few months I put my books on sale. Make sure to check them out if you are a follower/ interested reader. Kindle Countdowns, for my series, start at .99 cents and increase over time. If you can't afford the $6 books, (which I totally understand given the current situation of the world) .99 cents is a decent deal.
<3 A couple are always going at a time for both here & UK.
Add them to your lists and save some money.

Happy Reading,
LLT

50% again, but with some insight:

To begin with, I've been reading more horror/ lore manga to get out of my comfort zone. Not really in the the Gore porn, but super into various deity trying to exist in a more modern world.

I was heavily sheltered from anything non-Christian. I'm not clear on their thought process; For some reason, Lord of the Rings was cool but not Harry Potter. Star Wars and Star Trek were fine, because space magic... isn't... real. And children soldiers are fine... so long as they believe in the force. (Obviously, not my thoughts.)

Holy Hannah, how am I a functional human? Anyway, that is why various lore fascinates me. There is so much to learn about human behavior and how they saw the world from their limited scope & knowledge, through the study of the Gods and heroes they create & worship. How they choose to explain certain events & natural tragedies. Kind of gives me hope, because storytelling will continue to be a very strong reminder of who we were. It shapes so much more than I realized when I was younger.

Little goals add up

With a new phone, I can hold FAR more books on it! So, I almost met my 30 books goal. Which is awesome because now I can moved my goal post a bit higher (currently 100).
I don't know what this year holds... I just hope it's better than the last four years. Last year probably hit a bit harder than the rest (as I'm sure it did for most). After my 3rd book of the CoG series was published, I lost a great deal of motivation to finish any of the books I've started. I'd like to at least finish writing CoG 4 by the end of the year.
Here is to making the small steps.

Re-Blog: Now with fresh lemon scent!

I've deleted older blogs because I felt them to be trash. So, I'm using this one as a fresh start.

Like many other creators, I've been finding it difficult to read & write this year. Trying not to worry about the outside world going to hell.
Wanting to help others, I've been making my books free when the KDP site lets me. Money is tight for everyone, so escapes are not as accessible, and most of us are trying to keep sane while social distancing. Makes sense to me. I'd rather have readers and help them in whatever small way I can.

To help my own mental well being, I've been going back to things familiar and comforting, reading my own series, watching old shows/anime. It's worked out thus far.
I wrote them during the worst times of my life to escape.
They are years of work, love, & a reminder of how much has changed; both in myself & surroundings. I've been working on them for almost 20 years, and some of the scars still feel fresh...
However, I have found it to be comfort food for my brain.
