M.P. Tonnesen is an award-winning writer and citizen of the world. She authors contemporary fiction with an adventurous travel twist, a touch of feminism and a healthy dash of romance.

She is originally from Denmark, but grew up in a multicultural family and has lived in Brussels, London, the Irish Sea and the Middle East. She currently resides in sunny Spain. Her novels are inspired by her experiences working, living and travelling around the world.

She has an M.Sc. degree in International Business and Intercultural Communication. She has also studied Creative Writing at London School of Journalism, Faber Academy and Isle of Man College.
