Rumors Against Women

Just wondering, where did the idea come from that women are too emotional, not rational or logical? Where did the idea come from that women are bad drivers? Where did the idea come from that women's brains aren't built for math? Where did the idea come from that women are clumsy and terrible at sports? When did it start and who spread these rumors?

As Virginia Woolf wrote, "The history of men’s opposition to women’s emancipation is more interesting perhaps than the story of that emancipation itself.”

My New Book Coming Out Next Month!

I'm thrilled to announce that my book, The Cure for Women, will be released next month! Writing my second book has been such a labor of love, exploring the inspiring story of Dr. Mary Putnam Jacobi and how her revolutionary scientific research improved women's health and lives. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it!
