I like the idea of trying to balance my reading, with fiction and non-fiction, and also trying to read a book that is more complex or outside of my comfort zone. Often I'll get bogged down in one area like crime fiction and begin to become bored with what I am reading. That's why I think it's good to try to mix things up a little bit with something more challenging to keep being fresh and curious about reading.
