Born in Los Angeles, Heather was raised in the San Fernando Valley. Writing poetry and stories as a young girl, she began exploring modern stories of women overcoming trauma.

Her debut novel, FUCHSIA PARADE, won multiple awards following the journey of a racy and successful businesswoman who gets raw and vulnerable as she navigates repressed traumas.

GRATITUDE HAPPENS releases in February of 2024, following Angeleno Chrissie Demata as she learns to reparent herself after facing the limits of her mother's love.
