Rita Cragwall is married and has three children and three grand daughters. She lives in Katy, TX with her husband. Rita gardens with her husband and grows a variety of fruits and vegetables all year long. She is a chef and helps others learn to use items from the garden for recipes and meals. Her grandfather was the head chef at Commander's Palace in New Orleans and he taught her a lot about food and how to prepare it.

As a young child Rita was very intuitive and would often invite total strangers into the home. Her parents would get upset as she told them they weren't strangers. She had seen and talked with them before.
