POWER WORDS
In my book Willing Change I give 5 steps to change your mindsets from the ones that block your progress to ones that help you to move forward.
1. Establish a desired change.
2. Determine the mindsets of your desired state.
3. Examine your current mindsets.
4. Transform doubts into certainties.
5. Reinforce your new mindsets.
In the book I demonstrate how your thoughts affect your outlook and the consequent actions and results. It only makes sense that the wording of the phrases or affirmations you choose to think to help you along the way is very significant. Profane words, the negatives such as can’t, shouldn’t, or won’t, and any other words that make you feel lower rather than uplifted should be removed from your vocabulary. Change with Handwriting
YOUR HANDWRITING CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE
A few days ago I had to sign another contract at the gym and Kendall, the young lady asking for my signature commented on my nice handwriting. It was interesting to me that she noticed it at all and that she would comment on it. I didn’t tell her that it is one of my change methods but I have followed the books of Vimala Rodgers to help make life changes that I choose. (That’s what I refer to as willing changes.)
I know that it seems like an odd idea at first - change your handwriting to change your life - but if you think about it you can see that there must be some sense to it. There have been many organizations that dedicate time and effort to studying the handwriting of people to determine more about them. If television and spy novels are to be believed at all, then we know that a person’s signature can be very revealing.
