In 2008, while residing in Hawaii and stewing about losing his life savings in real estate venture gone sideways, he awoke one morning from a most engaging dream. The Pickerings story was born. Directing his attention to writing lifted him from depression. The Flight of the Pickerings was published in 2016 and garnered a small but loyal fan base. His latest book, The Pickerings Last Tango is an extensive rewritten version.

His short stories have appeared in The California Writers Literary Review, Redwood Writers Anthologies and numerous online publications. He splits time between Sun Valley Idaho, Panama, Hawaii and pubs around the rest of the globe.
