A Personal Piece at Refinery29.com
Hope this finds everyone well today! When I was asked to write this very personal piece (linked below) for Refinery29.com, I was so excited. Not only were they willing to allow me a book plug or two in the article (always nice), but they wanted me to really get intimate about what I'd found positive about escorting (and what I touch upon more deeply in The Spicy Secrets).
So much of the PR that I'd been approached to participate in (mainly in UK tabloids) for The Spicy Secrets of a Jet Set Temptress: Part 1: Learning The Life has wanted to portray me, my former profession, and books with a slightly scandalous veneer, and this is understandable in the selling of newspapers/advertising space, etc. and I tried to accommodate (and cringed when reading the haters in the "comments" sections!)...But Refinery29.com gave me a chance to write something honest, "first person" and I hope, insightful...on this, my "launch" day.
