Hello! It's been a while since I've dropped a post here, probably because I've been writing my fingers off!

First off, the Stryxians are coming to life in audio! Books 1 & 2 are released with amazing narrators with the rest to follow.

Second, I hope you are finding the Destran Lords! Book one is released with book 2, Bound to the Alien Lord coming out (soon!) on 3/18. These are interesting to write, with a living, symbiotic ship, stranded main characters, and lots of action and romance!

I began 2021 brainstorming the makings of a new alien series to kick me into gear. I will miss the Baylans—and I am not sure I am finished with those blue-tailed aliens—but this writer needed something new and so the Stryxian Alien Warriors came about. I also REALLY wanted to write something futuristic and aliens with wings.

Hi readers! I hope you are all doing well, staying healthy, and are reading some great books! I have been doing a fair amount of reading myself, and writing of course. I am very excited to share that NIIR: Virilian Mail Order Mates is out now and available in the Kindle store and in Kindle Unlimited. This is book 4 in the series and features Trak's hunky, silver-fox Communications officer, Niir.

Book 5 is in process now! I can't tell you how much I'm enjoying writing this book. It features a human female guard who gets switched with a woman matched to a Virilian and wakes up on a ship in deep space. The pilot thinks she's either crazy or has cold feet and doesn't believe her until they're shot down over a hostile jungle planet. They have to survive together, and maybe fall in love along the way. Oh, the fun!

I will put up another post when the preorder goes live. Look for this book releasing mid-September.

Hello readers! It's been a busy summer! In June, I released a box set of the first three Baylan books, and I'm SO excited to let you know that the fourth book in the Virilian Mail Order Mates series will be released on July 26th. It's up for preorder here! We're returning to Trak's ship for this one, to get to know Niir, the communication officer, a LOT better. I liked this guy and when I was thinking of who to feature in my next book, he kept popping to mind. He's a complicated guy, but our heroine, Calinae, is up the challenge.

I hope you're all staying healthy and well this summer. I have been doing lots of reading, gardening, and of course, writing! The fifth installment in the Virilian series is in the works. I was inspired by the Mandalorian, who is silly hot in that armor. I am already in love with my new hero (who doesn't have a name yet)! My human heroine (who is also unnamed) is in for quite a ride ;)

I'm pleased to announce the release of a box set of the Baylan Chronicles, books 1-3! It's available on Amazon in both ebook and print, and of course, it's in Kindle Unlimited, too.

The next installment in the Virilian series will feature Niir, Trak's communication officer, and a very special female who was "designed" for someone else. I am having FUN writing this book! Look for it on Amazon in July/August!

Good grief, the world is unrecognizable, isn't it? I've been homeschooling and it's not easy! I'm (finally) getting back on track with writing. Virak's story (the third installment in my alien romance, "Mail Order Mates" series, is wrapping up and will go to the editor at the end of the month. It's shaping up to be a smouldering, slow burn romance culminating in hot, hot, hot! I really like Virak—he's a complex hero who has not disappointed. I hope you'll like him, too!

This book will be available mid-ish May. I'll post the pre-order link when I have it.

I WISH it could have been done earlier, but the Coronavirus has disrupted everyone's lives—some more deeply and tragically than others. As I sit here writing this, I can see my daughter playing in the back yard and it's not a sight I take for granted. This is a hard time for everyone—from kids who miss their friends at school to the elderly in nursing homes who can't see their loved ones. Please, friends, stay safe and find joy where you can. There is still beauty in the world.

Welp. This month took quite a turn, did it? I—like so many others—got derailed by COVID-19. We're all healthy in the Blake household, but Mr. Blake is working from home and I am homeschooling our little one.

So. I will not be releasing VIRAK, the third book in the Mail Order Mates series, this month. I will be trying to decipher second grade math. Believe it or not, second grade math is harder than writing a book. It's my hope to get VIRAK out in April now that things have calmed a bit around here. If you are curious to learn the secret of the enigmatic King of Tagja City (Trak wants to know so bad it's KILLING him), fear not, it's happening.

Welcome readers! It's February 2020 and I'm putting the finishing touches on the next book in my new series, Virilian Mail Order Mates. These are SO much fun to write, and a challenge, too! We go to the planet Virilia in book #2, which will feature Drex Letu, a Virilian king whose refusal to let go of the past causes him to push away the human female who's been assigned to him.

He's no match for Madison McGurdy, however, who's looking for a fresh start as far from her controlling ex as possible. She has zero qualms about calling him out and reigniting passion that he thought was long gone from his life.
