Looking for first readers to read my debut novel. Anyone interested? Fired from her high powered banking job after the 2008 financial market crash, Iris Lee is called home when the local police threaten to arrest her eighty year old father for drug dealing. Things escalate when she discovers a mysterious medallion in her demented mother’s coat closet and a long lost relative shows up to claim it.
It’s a coming of (middle) age story in which the protagonist learns that there are many more important things in life than jobs, bosses and stock options.
