I wanted to get involved with spreading the word, but also take things a step further by helping to educate new and existing users. There was no shortage of online content about Slack, but all the information was spread across different blogs and websites. I wanted to put as much useful material about Slack as I could in one place - that's when I thought I should write a book...or better yet, a comprehensive guide. I did some research and saw a great opportunity. I didn't waste any time - I started writing straight away. (less)
