What I wouldn't give, in the midst of this global lockdown, to get on a plane and go... anywhere that people are hugging their friends and dancing in the street. Instead, I sat down remotely with Karen QuevillonThe Parasol Flower a wonderful new novel, and we did a podcast with our publisher about going places. We had such fun remembering what it was like to travel. I love that Regal House's podcast series is call "A Conspiracy of Lemurs" too. Had to look this up, but a group of lemurs is called a conspiracy. BBC site says lemurs are social animals, and often work together, or "conspire" to outwit predators. We're conspiring to outwit the vicious virus that keeps us from going out, traveling, browsing in bookstores, finding inspiration. If you'd like some diversion in this crazy world, watch a lemur video--cute animal videos are known to lower stress levels.
