Dawn Epting is a visionary author, speaker, the Chief Executive Officer of the Nonprofit Development Center (NPDC), and founder of Christian Suicide Prevention (CSP). CSP was the nation's first faith-based crisis hotline and has assisted thousands of people throughout the nation since 2011. The NPDC assists for-profit and nonprofit companies through business coaching, nonprofit implementation and expansion, and business planning. Focusing on what is not occurring has a way of producing more of it. Instead I allow myself to retreat to an inspiring environment such as sitting on a lakefront, gathering with other writers, or perhaps working on arts and crafts in order to not compound the writer's block resistance and to become revived and refreshed. It is after feeling revived and refreshed that I allow myself to continue writing the work.(less)
