Served Australian army, including war service in the Vietnam War in 1968 - 1969. Came home to public shunning of Vietnam Veterans and discrimination against Vietnam Veterans by potential employers. This resulted in the setting up of the first business, (contract fencing) because I could not get a job. In due course, I studied for Advanced Diploma of Egineering Technology, Associate Degree of Civil Engineering and I am now doing my Arts degree. It was during the study of the arts degree that I became interested in the history of Northern Europe and Germania during the times of Julius and Augustus Ceasar. This led to researching and writing of the second book entitled 'For the Love of Armin'. Currently studying Bachelor of Construction Manage ...more

No matter what anyone says about it, the facts are that the allies interfered with a sovereign nation before invading it and committing many war crimes upon the population of Vietnam. Examples of these war crimes are the bombing of the civilian areas of Haiphong and Hanoi, the indiscriminate use of "Agent Orange' which was sprayed in saturation quantities upon jungle, villages and what was once productive farmland. Added to that were incidences of deliberate artillery shelling of Vietnamese civilians who were herding their cattle between Hoa Long andLong Phuc and other places close to Nui Dat. Once or twice may have been accidental, but the shelling occurred sixteen times! Therefore it was not accidental! Although I am proud of my service during the war, I still face the ghosts of those whom I killed in the name of "Freedom" in the eyes of the Aussie and USA Governments. Anyone who says a war is justified is a fool! For more information about this, read "A Gracious Enemy", available from Amazon.(less)

As well as being an author, I also operate an architectural and engineering drafting service. In February of 2022, I will also be studying for the Advanced Diploma of Building Design. so, in answer to your question, currently, I am not reading anything not connected with either my drafting business or my research for the novels that I write.(less)

“  “I am running back my tent to get my sub-machinegun. There are too many Noggies to kill using a pistol!” He then ran to where his scrape was and returned with the weapon.”
Michael G. Kramer

“After March in 1945, the Japanese felt threatened by possibility of the people of Indochina rising against them. Therefore, they stated:
“We of the Imperial Japanese Army have only invaded other Asian countries in order to remove the European and American white man from Asia! Stick with us Japanese and together we shall make Asians great while we kick the whites out of the entire region!”

(A Gracious Enemy & After the War Volume Two)”
Michael G. Kramer

“The Ganeva conference on Indochina agreements stated that the south of Vietnam would be handed over to a provisional administration after two years at the most and that general elections would be held in 1956 at the latest, giving Vietnam a single and united government. (due to American actions, the agreements were never put into place)”
