Every choice and decision that you make affects your nearness to God and thus either increases or decreases the spiritual and material blessings that flow into your life. There are no neutral choices and decisions in life! They all possess a pre-ordained, God-determined consequence (Joshua 1:7-9).

Don't let the pain and suffering of your past destroy the pleasures and great joy that God has planned for your future! Joseph could have wasted his energy whining about the injustice that was done to him in the past. However, he chose to use his mental and physical resources to become a winner instead. Joseph knew that whiners never win and winners never whine (Genesis 41:39-46, 50-52; Philippians 2:14-16; 3:12-16; 4:6-8).
